About the Company

Our client is a prominent Global leader dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences with over 1,000 subsidiaries and affiliated brands. With a commitment to innovation and personalized service, they are seeking a Senior Designer to join their team immediately.

The Business Analyst will primarily support the organization’s shift from VMWare Hypervisor. This includes writing documentation, facilitating communication, and coordinating with stakeholders.

Position Summary:

• Document processes and collaborate with Global Technology Support Teams to publish documentation in company repositories.
• Coordinate with the Governance Team, Support Teams, IT Field Services, and other stakeholders.
• Draft and coordinate communications related to Data Center Operations Projects.
• Collect and report feedback related to Data Center Projects.
• Document Business Requirements based on collected feedback.

Minimum Experience:

• 2+ years in a similar Analyst or Support Role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in writing technical documentation and proficiency with O365 tools.
• Foundational knowledge of Servers, Operating Systems, and Hypervisors.
• Experience with meeting coordination, note-taking, and attention to detail.
• Experience in collecting feedback, documenting business requirements, and contributing to data-driven solution development.
• Familiarity with Agile methodology in a Data Center Operations setting.
