About the Company

This role is responsible for leading the introduction, training, and deployment of a sales and events system for hotel sales and events teams. The position supports system adoption that drives efficient business practices, stronger customer relationships, and revenue growth. The role partners closely with on-property leadership and manages multiple implementation projects simultaneously.

 

Position Summary:

  • Deliver engaging virtual and on-site training sessions for hotel sales and events teams
  • Lead system onboarding, configuration guidance, and adoption efforts across properties
  • Develop training materials, including presentations, facilitator guides, and videos
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to support successful implementations

Minimum Experience:

  • 3+ years of hotel experience in group sales and events management
  • Strong understanding of hotel sales and events systems and business processes
  • Ability to travel up to 50–75% as needed
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Experience with platforms such as Envision, Delphi, or similar systems
  • Hospitality sales and events experience in Latin America
