We are seeking an experienced Server Engineer II to join our infrastructure team. This is a hands-on role responsible for supporting a large-scale enterprise server environment spanning approximately 3,500 servers across Windows and Linux platforms. The engineer will play a critical role in day-to-day operations while also contributing to strategic initiatives in AI infrastructure, automation, and cloud migration.

Position Summary

• Administer, troubleshoot, and support Windows and Linux server environments at enterprise scale
• Resolve a diverse ticket queue including server issues, Kubernetes, Docker, and Active Directory
• Support AI infrastructure initiatives, and assist in troubleshooting issues
• Set up and configure physical hardware and operating systems
• Develop and maintain automation using Ansible Tower and Ansible playbooks
• Manage Active Directory and support data residency and separation requirements across regions
• Participate in on-call rotation, owning all tickets and after-hours calls during your window
• Follow established change management procedures; support scheduled after-hours and weekend maintenance windows, including a mandatory monthly maintenance window
• Contribute to infrastructure projects

Minimum Experience

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in an enterprise server engineering role
• Strong working knowledge of both Windows Server and Linux
• Production-level experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Red Hat
• Hands-on experience with Ansible and/or Ansible Tower, including reading and modifying playbooks
• Active Directory administration experience
• Comfort supporting large-scale, Azure cloud with predominantly on-premises server environments
