Our client, a global hospitality organization, is seeking a Senior Analyst – HR Global Technology to support their HR systems and technology team. This role will primarily focus on SAP Fieldglass administration and operational support, helping manage contractor-related processes and supporting ongoing system enhancements.

The team is looking for a hands-on analyst who can quickly step in to support day-to-day system requests, configuration needs, and integrations, while also contributing ideas for improving existing processes and workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administration and operational support for SAP Fieldglass, including system configuration and request management
• Manage requests related to contractor onboarding, project needs, cost center updates, and job posting templates
• Support system integrations and ongoing enhancements related to Fieldglass
• Assist with security updates, access management, and system governance
• Collaborate with HR, finance, and internal stakeholders to ensure systems support business needs
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and workflow optimization within HR technology operations
• Support the HR technology team in maintaining and improving overall system performance and usability

Required Qualifications

• Experience supporting SAP Fieldglass in an administrative or system analyst capacity
• Background working with HRIS or HR technology platforms
• Experience managing system configurations, integrations, and security updates
• Ability to handle multiple system requests and operational priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
• Experience working with contractor/vendor management systems or contingent workforce platforms

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ADP Enterprise v6 HCM
• Experience with Cornerstone (performance and compensation modules)
• Exposure to HR system transformations or large-scale HR technology environments
• Experience working within enterprise HR technology teams supporting global organizations

• The HR technology team supports several HR platforms and is currently involved in a global HCM transformation initiative.
• This role will primarily support SAP Fieldglass, while collaborating with the broader HR technology team on related initiatives and system improvements.
