Our client is a global organization, named one of the largest in the Automobile industry! They are rapidly growing and going through a robust digital transformation. The business and senior leadership have put a huge emphasis on technology initiatives and are looking for passionate team members to contribute to the growth and development of the technical environment. This is an opportunity to join an elaborate and highly visible network project.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Scrum Master with at least 5 years of relevant experience to join a long-term project. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background with guiding and coaching the Scrum Teams and the wider organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to create a productive Scrum environment.  Additionally, you will help create a high-performing team environment, facilitate the removal of obstacles, ensure the team’s progress towards their goals, and coach more junior resources in Agile methodologies.

This is a contract with potential to hire role that offers a hybrid schedule with an expectation Tuesday/Wednesday onsite, with the third day dependent on business needs!

Position Summary

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective).
• Coach the development team in self-organization, cross-functionality, and Agile practices, ensuring the creation of a productive Scrum environment.
• Mentor more junior team members within the organization on Agile methodologies.
• Create, manage, and maintain reporting and report cards within JIRA.
• Take initiative in removing impediments to the Scrum Team’s progress, working closely with project managers to find efficient solutions.
• Support the continuous improvement of the Scrum framework within the organization, leveraging feedback from team members and project managers.

Minimum Experience

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent Agile certification are highly desired.
• 5+ years of experience as a designated Scrum Master
• Strong familiarity with integrating Scrum/Agile practices with traditional project management methodologies.
• Proven experience building out a Scrum environment.
• Proficient in JIRA or similar Agile project management tools, with expertise in reporting and analytics functionalities.
• Exceptional communication, mentoring, and coaching skills, capable of fostering a collaborative team environment.
