About the Company

We’re looking for a Senior Java Developer to support and enhance enterprise platforms that power customer data and CRM ecosystems. 

Position Summary:

• Design, develop, and support enterprise J2EE and web-based applications
• Build full-stack solutions from requirements through deployment
• Develop and optimize complex SQL queries and integrations
• Support application maintenance and on-call rotations
• Collaborate with PMs, stakeholders, and offsite development teams
• Lead technical design, architecture, and development efforts
• Mentor junior developers and review technical deliverables
• Ensure applications meet engineering standards and best practices

Minimum Experience:

• A minimum of 7 years of Java application development experience
• Strong full-stack development skills (Java, J2EE, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/jQuery)
• Experience with REST/SOAP services and enterprise design patterns
• Strong SQL skills (DB2 preferred); Oracle experience a plus
• Experience with Spring, Hibernate, JMS, JUnit, Git, JBoss/Tomcat
• Ability to troubleshoot, analyze logs, and perform root cause analysis
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-first mindset
• Informatica ETL experience
• AWS or Java certifications
