About the Company

We are seeking an experienced Project Lead with strong Sales & Events systems expertise and proven project coordination skills to support large-scale system implementations across a portfolio of hotel properties. This role partners closely with Sales & Events Systems teams and operational stakeholders to ensure smooth, consistent, and on-time delivery of system training and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead planning, logistics, and delivery of sales & events system training initiatives across multiple hotel properties
• Coordinate and manage project timelines, milestones, tasks, and dependencies
• Serve as a central point of communication for project stakeholders, ensuring alignment and visibility throughout deployment
• Partner with hotel leadership to plan and execute successful onboarding experiences, including training logistics, scheduling, and resource coordination
• Participate directly in virtual and onsite training sessions, providing hands-on support to trainers and learners
• Support system configuration and onboarding of hotel teams into the sales & events technology ecosystem
• Facilitate engaging virtual and in-person training sessions to drive meaningful system adoption
• Support training and development plans for internal project team members
• Identify risks, escalate issues as needed, and help ensure consistent project execution across properties

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hotel sales & events management experience
• Deep hands-on experience with Sales & Events systems, including Envision
• 3+ years of experience managing or coordinating multiple initiatives or projects simultaneously
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable facilitating training in both virtual and in-person environments
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Willingness to travel regionally as needed to support deployments

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven experience in project coordination or system implementation roles
• Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field
