We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Program Manager to oversee the execution and delivery of key initiatives within our Commercial Services division. This individual will be responsible for managing cross-functional programs that enhance client service delivery, operational efficiency, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with a deep understanding of commercial services operations.
Position Summary:
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of complex commercial service programs from initiation through delivery.
- Define program scope, goals, success metrics, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Manage interdependencies between multiple projects and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders across commercial functions (sales, customer support, field services, etc.).
- Foster strong relationships with clients and commercial partners to ensure expectations are met or exceeded.
- Work closely with functional leads to ensure smooth operational execution of services, optimizing workflows and resource allocation.
- Implement process improvements to enhance service quality and reduce operational inefficiencies.
- Identify potential program risks and proactively develop mitigation plans.
- Monitor and resolve program-level issues, escalating when necessary.
- Create and maintain comprehensive program documentation including charters, roadmaps, status reports, and post-implementation reviews.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate success and inform future strategy.
Minimum Experience:
- 5+ years of program or project management experience, preferably within commercial services, operations, or client-facing roles.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
- Strong understanding of commercial business models and service delivery processes.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet, Jira, or MS Project).
