About the Company

The Data Architect is responsible for defining and leading the enterprise data architecture strategy to support scalable, data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role establishes data standards, governance frameworks, and architectural principles to ensure efficient data flow, accessibility, quality, and security. The Data Architect partners closely with data engineering, analytics, and business stakeholders to design and implement robust data solutions that align with organizational goals.

Position Summary:

• Design and maintain enterprise data architecture, including data models, pipelines, and storage solutions (data lakes/warehouses).
• Partner with business and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable data solutions.
• Establish data standards, governance, and best practices for data quality and security.
• Lead end-to-end data pipeline design and oversee implementation.
• Review and optimize data models and workflows for performance and scalability.
• Enable self-service analytics and reporting capabilities.
• Evaluate and implement modern data technologies and tools.

Minimum Experience:

• At least 6 years of experience in data engineering or data architecture.
• Strong expertise in data modeling, data warehousing, and distributed systems.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern data tools (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery).
• Experience with ETL/ELT pipelines and big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Kafka).
• Proficiency in SQL and programming languages such as Python.
• Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
