Quality Assurance Tester
About the Company
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Tester to support the planning, execution, and delivery of high-quality software solutions. This role works closely with project managers, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure applications meet requirements and perform as expected.
Position Summary:
- Review business requirements and use cases to understand testing scope
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts
- Track, document, and communicate test progress, results, and defects
- Analyze test outcomes and identify issues or areas for improvement
- Collaborate with stakeholders to support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Assist in test environment setup and test data preparation
- Perform smoke and regression testing during deployments
- Help define and maintain QA standards, processes, and best practices
Minimum Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working in collaborative, team-oriented environments
- Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
