Our client is a prominent Global leader dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences with over 1,000 subsidiaries and affiliated brands. With a commitment to innovation and personalized service, they are seeking a Talent Manager to join their team immediately. 

The Project Coordinator provides operational, administrative, and analytical support to ensure the successful execution of programs and projects. This role partners closely with Program and Project Managers to coordinate activities, track progress, support stakeholders, and help deliver projects on time and within scope. The position also supports communication, documentation, customer support, and lower-complexity project management activities.

Position Summary:
• Provide day-to-day project support to Program and Project Managers.
• Gather project updates and prepare status reports for project teams, stakeholders, and vendors.
• Track, document, and escalate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Monitor user feedback and document requested changes for the project backlog.
• Provide customer support to internal and external stakeholders, including monitoring, documenting, and troubleshooting reported issues.
• Prepare and distribute project communications, announcements, and updates.
• Create, update, and maintain project-related web content as needed.
• Capture and distribute meeting agendas, notes, and action items.
• Coordinate with global teams and global customers to resolve project-related issues.
• Track task completion and follow up with owners to ensure timelines and deliverables are met.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors to support project execution or the development of marketing and communication materials.
• Perform data analysis to support project planning, reporting, and decision-making.
• Prepare and present project status updates, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
• Independently manage lower-complexity projects, including planning, execution, and reporting.
• Create and maintain project schedules and timelines.
• Maintain organized project documentation, including schedules, status reports, budgets, financial data, and other project records.
• Track overall project progress and support continuous improvement efforts.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with team members, vendors, and cross-functional partners.

Minimum Experience:
• Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
• 3–4 years of project management or coordination experience supporting mid-scale projects.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to project changes and shifting priorities.
• Flexible and effective in fast-paced or changing environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams and disciplines.
• Ability to research project-related issues, tools, and solutions.
