The business and senior leadership have put a huge emphasis on technology initiatives and are looking for passionate team members to contribute to the growth and development of the technical environment.

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Program Manager with a strong background in managing software development and integration initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a part of the PMO team and will oversee multiple software engineering projects that drive innovation and operational excellence. This role requires close collaboration with engineering teams, product managers, and cross-functional business units to ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

Responsibilities
● Develop detailed project plans for software development and integration initiatives, including defining scope, architecture alignment, sprint planning, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
● Lead the execution of Agile and hybrid project frameworks, ensuring that milestones, releases, and deliverables are met.
● Partner closely with team members to design and deliver scalable, high-quality software solutions aligned with business goals and technical standards.
● Collaborate with C-Suite executives and technical leadership to provide progress updates, KPIs, and project roadmaps.
● Serve as the primary liaison between engineering, product management, and business stakeholders, ensuring technical objectives are well-communicated and aligned with organizational strategy.
● Facilitate backlog grooming, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews in coordination with engineering leads.
● Manage vendor and third-party relationships related to software tools, APIs, or cloud integrations, including contract negotiation and performance oversight.
● Define and maintain project documentation, including requirements, technical specifications, testing plans, and deployment schedules.
● Champion best practices in software lifecycle management, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps collaboration.
● Lead change management initiatives to support new software releases, version upgrades, and adoption of new technologies across the organization.

Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in program or project management within software engineering or product development environments.
• Strong technical understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and modern engineering practices (CI/CD, cloud, microservices).
• Proven experience managing cross-functional engineering teams and coordinating large-scale application or platform initiatives.
• Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Project, and Agile delivery frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
• Demonstrated success in vendor management, including RFPs, SOWs, and third-party software integrations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP, CSM, or SAFe certification is highly desirable.
• Experience in automotive, retail, or technology sectors is a strong plus.
