About the Company
The organization is seeking a technical Oracle Fusion Administrator to take ownership of ERP system configuration, vendor management, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role requires a proactive professional who can step in, quickly assess the environment, and deliver results without extensive oversight. The position has opened due to performance gaps in the current team, and the ideal candidate will bring both technical depth and leadership capability to stabilize and enhance the Oracle Fusion ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee the activities of the managed services provider, ensuring agreed-upon service levels, responsiveness, and quality standards are consistently met.
- Partner with functional business leads to prioritize system enhancements, report development, and issue resolution to optimize operational efficiency.
- Participate in the strategic planning and execution of system enhancements, new module rollouts, and process improvements to support organizational growth and transformation initiatives.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, integrations, and change history to ensure transparency, compliance, and effective knowledge management.
- Review and approve configuration changes, validating that updates align with business processes, internal controls, and governance requirements.
Experience
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Administration or similar ERP administration roles.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion modules, security model, and integration points.
- Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and service-level performance.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Financials, HCM, or Procurement modules.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes or service management best practices.
- Experience with reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher, etc.).
- Knowledge of compliance and governance frameworks in ERP environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
