Our client is a global organization, named one of the largest in the Automobile industry! They are rapidly growing and going through a robust digital transformation. The business and senior leadership understand the need for this dynamic position, which would require a proactive, meticulous, and organized individual who can manage their workload and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced corporate environment.

We are seeking a highly motivated Office Administrator that is responsible for providing comprehensive support to the executives and business stakeholders, ensuring efficient operation of the office, and maintaining strong communication links between the executives, senior management, and other internal departments. This is a rolling contract role that offers a hybrid work schedule!

Your Role:

  • Provide structure within the office to alleviate any additional workload from management staff.
  • Act as a bridge for smooth communication between the executive office and internal departments.
  • Maintain a consistent presence in the office to effectively relay necessary information to the executive.
  • Act as point of contact for vendors and maintenance staff.
  • Operate office equipment, such as photocopiers and scanners, facsimile machines, voice mail systems and personal computers.
  • Review files, records, and databases to obtain information to complete tasks.
  • Type, format, proofread and edit correspondence and other documents.
  • Check source for accuracy and verify data when needed.
  • Research and obtain further information for incomplete request.
  • Enter data from source into designated computer application, database, or files.

Experience:

  • 3+ years’ experience as an Office Administrator or similar administrative role in a corporate environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Must be proactive, with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Google suite experience is a plus.
  • Workday experience is a plus.
