We’re seeking a Manager, Agile Delivery to play a critical role in transforming and maturing Agile practices across the organization. This is a high-impact opportunity for an Agile leader who can balance hands-on delivery with driving adoption and scalable Agile practices for the future.

In this role, you’ll partner closely with PMO leadership, engineering teams, and executive stakeholders to bring greater structure, consistency, and visibility to delivery. You will own and deliver key initiatives while also acting as a change agent, helping to elevate Agile maturity across the organization.

Success in this role requires a strong balance of execution and influence, particularly in an environment that is still early in its Agile maturity journey.

Position Summary:

  • Lead efforts to mature Agile practices across teams and the broader organization
  • Conduct Agile assessments and implement improvement strategies
  • Establish scalable frameworks and best practices across teams
  • Bring consistency to Scrum execution across multiple teams
  • Provide oversight and coaching to Scrum Masters and delivery teams
  • Improve how teams plan, execute, and track their work
  • Define and implement a structured quarterly planning process
  • Align cross-functional teams on priorities, dependencies, and outcomes
  • Ensure planning connects to broader portfolio and business goals
  • Standardize and optimize JIRA usage across teams
  • Improve reporting, workflows, and portfolio visibility
  • Enable better tracking of delivery metrics, performance, and outcomes
  • Collaborate with PMO and Application leadership
  • Define KPIs and delivery metrics to measure success

Experience

  • At least 7 years of experience in Agile delivery, program, or project management
  • Proven experience in Agile transformation
  • Strong background working in scaled Agile environments (SAFe or similar)
  • Deep expertise in JIRA (standardization, reporting, workflows)
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and drive change across all levels
  • Strong communication and executive presence
