Seeking a motivated Implementation & Analytics Manager to lead onboarding, integration, and ongoing analytics support for B2B clients in the consumer lending space. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with data tools, an understanding of credit risk analytics, and a strong customer-facing presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead onboarding and implementation of data analytics solutions for consumer lending partners.
- Translate complex lending data (e.g., income, balances, transaction behavior) into actionable recommendations.
- Interpret performance trends, identify outliers such as First Payment Defaults (FPD), and provide insights through dashboards and reporting tools.
- Work cross-functionally with product, data engineering, and customer success teams to optimize client workflows.
- Maintain read-only access to databases for querying (SQL, Python) and support data configuration testing.
- Design and deliver quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with visualized performance metrics.
- Develop and maintain dashboards (e.g., Tableau) to monitor KPIs and credit box performance.
- Ensure clients extract maximum value from the platform while adhering to credit and compliance guidelines.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in analytics, consulting, or client-facing roles, preferably in fintech or consumer lending.
- Professional experience with consumer lending and direct customer communication is a must.
- Strong SQL skills; basic Python and Tableau experience preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, able to present data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Understanding of B2B lending environments and risk metrics (including credit boxes and FPD).
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple client relationships.
