Our client, a globally recognized leader in the hospitality and service industry, is embarking on a large-scale HR transformation program designed to modernize and streamline its global people operations.

They are seeking a highly organized, detail-driven HR Project Manager to coordinate and oversee key program activities. This individual will partner closely with the Program Director, HR process leads, IT, and implementation partners to ensure smooth planning, execution, and delivery across workstreams.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in one of the most impactful HR modernization initiatives in the industry—shaping how a respected, people-centered organization supports its global workforce.

Key Responsibilities
● Partner with the Program Director to manage day-to-day operations of a complex, multi-year HR transformation program.
Oversee and maintain SmartSheet frameworks for workstream plans, timelines, and risk/issue logs.
● Build and automate dashboards and reports to enhance visibility and governance for leadership.
● Develop and prepare project governance materials, including steering committee decks and status updates.
● Track deliverables, dependencies, and milestones across global workstreams.
● Collaborate with HR, IT, and system integration partners to monitor progress on configuration, integrations, testing, and deployment readiness.
● Support data migration, cutover planning, and deployment tracking.
● Coordinate with regional HR leads to align country-level activities with global rollout plans.

Experience & Qualifications
● 4+ years of project management or PMO experience, ideally supporting large-scale HR or enterprise transformation programs.
Prior involvement in HR technology implementations or process redesign initiatives preferred.
● Demonstrated experience working in global, matrixed organizations with multiple stakeholder groups.
● Strong knowledge of SmartSheet for managing project plans, dashboards, and workflows.
● Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and reporting dashboards for executive-level presentations.

Education
● Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or certification in project management a plus.
