We’re in search of a seasoned IT professional who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution. In this hybrid role, you’ll take charge of delivering complex, business-critical digital initiatives while acting as a close advisor to the CIO.

This position combines the operational focus of program delivery with the high-level influence, providing the opportunity to help steer IT’s strategic direction, strengthen governance, and improve how technology supports business growth. From ERP to CRM and core business platforms, you’ll lead the charge in scaling systems, streamlining processes, and driving cross-functional impact across the enterprise.

In this role, you will lead the planning and execution of enterprise-wide IT programs with a focus on modernization, automation, and scalable growth. You’ll manage the full digital portfolio—overseeing intake, prioritization, and value tracking—to ensure initiatives align with strategic goals. As a trusted partner to the CIO, you’ll help bridge strategy and execution, coordinating efforts across business units, IT, and external vendors. You’ll facilitate roadmap development, foster cross-functional collaboration, and champion Agile and product-centric delivery practices. A key part of the role also includes producing clear, high-impact reporting and communications to keep stakeholders and executive leadership informed and aligned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 8+ years of experience in program delivery, ideally in global enterprise environments
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing cross-functional teams or initiatives
  • Proven track record of implementing Agile methodologies and best practices
  • Hands-on experience working with SAP
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
