About the Company

The Digital Content Campaign Support Coordinator supports the execution and maintenance of digital marketing campaigns across owned digital channels. This role partners closely with marketing team members to build, update, and manage content within content management systems (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager), ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery.

 

Position Summary:

  • Support the operational execution of digital campaign builds and content updates within internal and third-party content management systems
  • Collaborate with digital content, marketing, and cross-functional teams on campaigns and ongoing initiatives
  • Assist with coordinating content localization and translation workflows in alignment with established best practices
  • Adapt in a fast-paced environment where priorities and timelines may evolve based on business needs
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure quality assurance and content accuracy
  • Proactively communicate with managers and team members to meet deadlines and respond to stakeholder requests
  • Contribute positively to team culture and uphold organizational values
  • Perform additional duties as assigned based on business needs

 

Minimum Experience:

  • A minimum of 2–4 years of professional experience in digital content, marketing, or a related field
  • Strong experience working with content management systems
  • Ability to adapt and operate effectively in a fast-paced, complex corporate environment
  • Strong multitasking skills with the ability to shift priorities while meeting deadlines
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously with team members and leadership
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Working knowledge of basic HTML, CMS tools, project management tools, and Microsoft Office
