Our client is a prominent Global leader dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences with over 1,000 subsidiaries and affiliated brands. With a commitment to innovation and personalized service, they are seeking a Program Manager to join their team immediately.
We’re seeking a dynamic Project Manager to lead the rollout of enterprise management systems across multiple locations. You’ll plan, coordinate, and deliver system deployments from start to finish — including configuration, training, and go-live support -while working closely with site leaders, vendors, and corporate teams.
Position Summary:
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously with clear tools and processes
- Align timelines with stakeholders and manage onboarding schedules
- Coordinate resource needs with site leaders and vendors
- Maintain consistent deployment strategies and accurate training materials
- Manage team workloads, resolve risks, and support professional development
Minimum Experience:
- 4+ years of operational management experience
- Experience implementing enterprise-level systems (e.g., property, reservation, ERP, or sales/revenue platforms)
- Proven track record leading multi-phase rollouts across diverse locations
- Ability to work effectively across time zones
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Fluency in spoken, written, and reading English and Spanish
