Our client is a prominent Global leader dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences with over 1,000 subsidiaries and affiliated brands. With a commitment to innovation and personalized service, they are seeking a Senior Full Stack Cloud Engineer to join their team immediately.

This role involves working on a decision-engine that utilizes advanced AI/ML to drive personalized content delivery across various touchpoints. Key components include a centralized system for managing offer content, an enterprise business rules engine, an AI/ML-powered recommendations engine, campaign & journey management capabilities, an offer management system, omni-channel distribution enablement, and a core orchestration layer—all built on cloud-native serverless infrastructure.

Position Summary:

• Provide hands-on technical leadership throughout the development lifecycle with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
• Mentor peer engineering team members on technical decision-making, code reviews, and maintaining engineering practices and standards.
• Lead technical discussions and build consensus among engineering teams.
• Collaborate with cloud engineering teams to design and develop cloud-native services.
• Manage strong relationships with technology suppliers, advising on roadmaps and product evolution.
• Maintain application DevOps processes and deployment pipelines to support application and feature releases.
• Assist in migrating systems to the cloud, supporting the refactoring of legacy systems to modernize applications and integrate services that leverage cloud-native solutions.
• Foster a diverse and inclusive team culture while demonstrating a commitment to core organizational values.
• Other duties, responsibilities, and qualifications may be required and/or assigned as necessary.

Minimum Experience:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience architecting and developing full-stack solutions and utilizing software build and deployment tools .
• 5+ years of experience in application and backend API development .
• 5+ years of experience in web application development.
• Strong understanding of cloud serverless solutions.
• Experience with cloud database services.
• Experience with containerization.
• Familiarity with cloud build and deployment tools.
• Experience working with infrastructure-as-code (IaC) and cloud deployment languages.
• Base understanding of cloud services and infrastructure.
• Agile development and deployment experience.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
