About the Company

We’re seeking a Learning Experience Designer to create performance-based learning that drives real capability and business impact across a global enterprise.

This is a hands-on, end-to-end role from discovery and needs analysis through design, development, launch, and measurement. You’ll partner closely with HR, SMEs, and business leaders to translate priorities into modern, scalable, learner-centered solutions.

Position Summary:

• Lead end-to-end design of digital, instructor-led, blended, and performance-support learning solutions
• Translate business needs into clear performance outcomes and engaging learning journeys
• Rapidly develop high-quality assets (eLearning, Storyline modules, facilitator guides, toolkits, videos, activities)
• Build and publish digital learning (Articulate Storyline strongly preferred)
• Manage multiple concurrent projects with clarity, speed, and strong stakeholder partnership
• Support content migration and modernization efforts while enhancing learner experience
• Incorporate evaluation methods to measure impact and continuously improve solutions

Minimum Experience:

• 5+ years in instructional design, learning experience design, or enterprise capability development
• Strong expertise in performance-based design and adult learning principles
• Advanced hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline (Rise or similar tools required)
• Experience designing for global, diverse audiences
• Comfort navigating stakeholders and driving alignment in complex organizations
• Strong attention to accessibility, inclusion, and learner experience
