HRIT Reporting and Data Analyst

About the Company
We are seeking an HR Analytics Analyst to support enterprise-wide HR reporting and analytics initiatives. This role partners closely with HR, HRIS/HRIT, Payroll, and cross-functional teams to deliver accurate, timely, and actionable insights. The Analyst will maintain existing reports while supporting ongoing HR technology and analytics enhancements.
Position Summary:
- Build, maintain, and enhance HR reports and analytics solutions
- Analyze employee and organizational data to identify trends and insights
- Partner with HR, HRIS, and Payroll teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency
- Aggregate data from multiple HR systems and troubleshoot data quality issues
- Develop dashboards, visualizations, and ad hoc analyses for stakeholders
- Perform audits, validations, and testing to support data governance
- Create and maintain reporting documentation and data definitions
- Support time-sensitive reporting requests while maintaining data security
Minimum Experience:
- At least 2+ years of experience in HR reporting, analytics, or data analysis
- Experience with HRIS/HRIT systems or enterprise databases
- Proficiency with SQL and reporting or analytics tools (e.g., Alteryx, Tableau)
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups)
- Experience working with HR, employee, or payroll data
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau or similar)
- Experience with data testing, validation, or QA
- HR or payroll functional knowledge
- Statistical or research experience
