About the Company

We’re seeking an experienced Program Manager to provide structured project governance, cross-functional coordination, and execution support across a portfolio of high-priority initiatives impacting operational performance and organizational efficiency.

This role partners closely with a central PMO, cross-functional leaders, and field teams to ensure clear planning, transparent progress tracking, and on-time delivery.

Position Summary:

• Lead project planning, governance, and reporting across multiple initiatives
• Coordinate workstreams across Operations, HR, Finance, Commercial, and other teams
• Maintain project dashboards, trackers, and documentation (Smartsheet preferred)
• Support change management, communications, and leadership updates
• Track KPIs, risks, issues, and outcomes

Minimum Experience:

• At least 7 years in project, program management, or management consulting
• Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives
• Strong proficiency with Smartsheet and PMO tools
• Excellent stakeholder and executive communication skills
• Hospitality or multi-unit operations experience a plus
