● Design and implement scalable, robust data solutions to support enterprise supply chain and distribution operations
● Own data quality across multiple large and complex datasets
● Validate outputs, troubleshoot issues, and ensure reliable delivery into production
● Partner with analytics and reporting teams leveraging Sigma and other BI tools
● Work independently in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of autonomy
● Drive initiatives that support integration of newly acquired businesses into the data ecosystem

Required Skills & Experience
● Deep hands-on experience with Databricks, including Spark, ETL, and data transformations
● Expert-level SQL and Python experience
● Strong critical thinking skills (able to analyze requirements, challenge assumptions, and recommend the best approach)
● Ability to take a project from concept to completion with minimal supervision
● Proven experience working with large, complex datasets and solving data quality challenges
● Background in application development preferred (or experience bridging data + application layers)
● Experience building scalable, production-ready data solutions
● Comfort in environments with rapid growth, ambiguity, and evolving business needs
Nice to Have
● Experience with Sigma, Power BI, or similar BI/reporting tools
● Experience in supply chain, distribution, logistics, or similar data-heavy domains
● Exposure to transformation environments
What’s In It for You
● High visibility and direct impact on business performance
● Opportunity to build and scale data foundations during a major phase of growth and acquisition
● A collaborative, autonomous role where ownership and initiative are highly valued
