A Marquette University grad with a degree in Theatre Arts, Oliver takes a creative, people-first approach to recruiting. Having lived in three countries and holding dual citizenship with the United Kingdom, he brings an open-minded perspective and genuine curiosity to every conversation.
For the past four years, he’s loved calling Chicago home. He is always doing something fun, like rock climbing, writing music, or going to the coolest concerts! He loves music, loyal to his sports teams (even when they let him down), but he is always ready to pick up the phone when you need him!
