About the Role:

We’re looking for a Lead Technical Recruiter who is not only experienced but resilient and ready to jump in to deliver qualified candidates, even under tight timelines. In this role, you’ll motivate and guide the recruitment team, lead by example, and keep everyone focused on hitting numbers. In addition to adding recruiting power to the team, you will act as a strategic partner to leadership to maximize your teams productivity.

In This Role You Will:

Source and screen top-tier technical candidates- identifying strengths, reviewing experience, and assessing career fit.
Lead salary negotiations with candidates.
Use internal tools and databases to track activity and keep searches on pace.
Actively leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, sponsored postings, and other sourcing tools.
Partner with the Recruitment Manager and Sales team to develop and execute recruiting plans , track progress, hit milestones, and earn commissions from day one.
Partake in client intake calls, adding value through insights, job description input, and introducing hiring managers to the team.
Drive the recruitment team to maintain a sense of urgency, ensuring searches move quickly and qualified candidates are consistently submitted.
Motivate the team to be on the phone daily, building relationships with candidates.
Serve as the team’s go-to point of contact for the Recruitment Manager, answering questions, providing direction, and status updates.
Review and submit candidate write-ups and resumes directly to client hiring managers as needed.
Guide recruiters on salary/rate expectations and best practices for closing offers.
Ensure the team keeps all open roles actively posted on LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, and other job boards.
Provide direction on search strategy, daily numbers, and upholding MMD’s process and standards.

What We Look For:

Proven experience and strong understanding of full-cycle agency technical recruitment.
Proven experience leading a team of at least 2 technical recruiters.
Ability to recruit for roles at various levels of seniority, especially mid-to-senior roles, across contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire.
Resilient mindset with the ability to stay motivated and motivate others, even during challenging market shifts.
Someone who thrives on the phone, knows how to build trust quickly, and understands the urgency needed to fill roles.
Leadership qualities with a collaborative spirit, not afraid to share ideas or drive improvements.
Commitment to a high submittal-to-placement ratio and focused on sending qualified candidates.
