Our client is seeking a Digital Optimization Analyst to drive data-informed decision-making
through website testing, personalization, and performance analysis. This role is responsible for
designing, executing, and analyzing A/B and multivariate tests, as well as managing digital
content targeting initiatives to enhance user engagement and conversion across global web
properties.

Key Responsibilities
● Design, implement, and analyze A/B and multivariate experiments to evaluate website
changes and optimize customer experience.
● Partner with cross-functional teams, including Digital Marketing, Merchandising, and
Content, to plan and deliver targeted website experiences.
● Build, manage, and refine audience segmentation and targeting rules to ensure
personalized digital experiences.
● Execute and maintain targeted promotional content, banners, and surveys through
testing and targeting tools (e.g., Adobe Target).
● Develop detailed performance reports and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders
across digital and marketing teams.
● Monitor and report on KPIs across global digital platforms to identify opportunities for
improvement and growth.
● Support training and knowledge-sharing initiatives within the broader digital analytics
and marketing teams.

Experience and Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related
analytical field.
● Strong analytical and statistical background with experience interpreting large
datasets into strategic insights.
● Experience with Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, or similar digital analytics and testing
platforms.
● Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and tag management
systems.
● Demonstrated ability to design and analyze A/B and multivariate tests, including
understanding of statistical significance (t-tests, z-tests, etc.).
● Proven ability to communicate technical findings to non-technical audiences effectively.
● Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a
fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills
● 4+ years of experience in digital analytics, optimization, or experimentation roles.
● Knowledge of advanced statistical methods, such as regression or cluster analysis.
● Understanding of enterprise tagging architecture and data layer structures.
● Strong interest in digital marketing trends, eCommerce analytics, and user behavior
insights.
