Our client is a prominent Global leader dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences with over 1,000 subsidiaries and affiliated brands. With a commitment to innovation and personalized service, they are seeking a PMS Deployment Lead to join their team immediately.

We are seeking a qualified candidate to support the global portfolio through the transition to a new Property Management Suite, Opera Cloud & Colleague Advantage. This role will involve preparing hotel configuration data for the Opera system, conducting project kickoff and training webinars, and migrating data to the new PMS. The position will require interaction with hotel teams, vendors, and regional teams across the globe.

Position Summary:

• Develop training materials for use by the deployment team, hotels, or vendors, including slide decks, trainers’ notes, and videos
• Manage deployments across multiple properties simultaneously
• Conduct training webinars related to the Property Management Suite during hotel transitions
• Collect, review, and update hotel configuration data in line with company standards
• Maintain strong relationships with PMS vendors supporting training and implementation efforts

Minimum Experience:

• 2 years’ experience with Reservations, Front Office, or related rooms operations
• At least 2 years’ experience working in Hotel Supervisory in Operations
• Strong experience with business practices related to Oracle’s Opera Property Management System
• Experience in delivering and preparing training
