Our client is a prominent Global leader dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences with over 1,000 subsidiaries and affiliated brands. With a commitment to innovation and personalized service, they are seeking a Program Manager to join their team immediately.
We are seeking a Project Lead to oversee the implementation of enterprise management systems across a portfolio of locations. This position involves preparing configuration data for system setup, coordinating training, and managing the migration of existing data into the new platform. The role requires close collaboration with on-site teams, vendors, and regional stakeholders in multiple time zones.
Position Summary:
- Coordinate with corporate and regional teams to align transition timelines and integrate with other key project activities.
- Develop, manage, and communicate each project’s training and deployment schedule.
- Partner with local leadership to plan and execute deployment activities.
- Maintain up-to-date training materials for deployment teams, end-users, and vendors, including presentations, trainer guides, and video content.
- Conduct virtual or in-person training sessions to guide teams through system setup, adoption, and effective usage.
- Foster collaborative relationships with internal teams and vendors through regular meetings and remote interactions to address project requirements.
- Collect, review, and update configuration data to meet established standards.
- Serve as an escalation point for complex implementation or adoption challenges.
Minimum Experience:
- Broad operational management experience (2+ years)
- Proficiency with enterprise software platforms, such as management, reservation, or sales/revenue systems
- Experience working across multiple locations, projects, or organizational units
- Ability to operate effectively across multiple time zones
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Fluency in spoken, written, and reading English and Spanish
