They are currently looking to add a System Support Engineer who will focus on all customer related support tickets through their incident management system. You will mainly handle issues related to virtualization, servers, storage, backup and operating systems. Your day-day will include ticket support, monitoring systems/responding to alerts, partnering with 3rd party vendors as needed by the customer, and working closely with your immediate team to ensure customer satisfaction to the highest degree! You will have an opportunity to work in a variety of different environments and must have a customer facing approach.

- Storage Solutions (SAN, EMC, NetApp, Nimble)
