Our client is a global organization, recognized as one of the largest in its field! They are experiencing rapid growth and undergoing a significant digital transformation. The leadership team is highly focused on technical initiatives and is looking for passionate individuals to contribute to the advancement and development of their application environment.

We are seeking a skilled Enterprise IT Architect to join our team and lead the design and implementation of IT systems across our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for aligning technology with business strategies, ensuring that the IT infrastructure supports essential business functions effectively and efficiently.

Position Summary:

• Define and uphold enterprise architecture principles and standards to ensure alignment with business goals and long-term strategic plans.
• Lead the development and implementation of enterprise-wide architecture initiatives and roadmaps.
• Stay updated with the latest technology trends and best practices to foster innovation within the organization.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to advance digital transformation initiatives.
• Train and mentors and software engineers in adhering to and enhancing enterprise standards.
• Ensure that technology platforms are effectively aligned and interconnected to support high availability, security, performance, and reliability.
• Provide solution architecture for multiple projects and programs simultaneously, ensuring consistency and alignment with strategic objectives.

Experience

• Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect within a mature organization, with familiarity with industry standards such as TOGAF, Zachman, or similar frameworks.
• Expertise in adopting emerging technologies and in enterprise application integration, including integration patterns.
• Thorough knowledge of security principles and compliance requirements.
• Exceptional analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Visionary leadership abilities to set strategic technology directions.
• Strategic foresight to anticipate and prepare for future technological challenges and opportunities.
• Executive presence capable of engaging with C-level stakeholders and board members.
• Strong mentorship and coaching abilities to develop technologists across the organization.
• Development experience with Java, JavaScript frameworks (ReactJS, Vue JS), CSS frameworks, and NodeJS.
• Experience with Data, Analytics, and BI technologies, including Master Data Management solutions.
• Proficiency in cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and understanding of cloud architecture best practices.
• Experienced in Agile and Scaled Agile software delivery methodologies.
• A positive attitude, flexibility, curiosity, and a keen interest in contributing to a dynamic, fast-paced environment focused on continuous improvement.
