This question and I are pals, because I hear it all the time! The absolute answer is yes. In fact, if you’re thinking about working with a recruiter who asks you to sign a form disallowing you to work with any other recruiters or agencies, I strongly suggest you back away. Fast. Not one reputable recruiting agency has a hold of every single job out there. And if they tell you they do, they’re lying. Working with a recruiter is like dating: see what each one has to offer, and don’t limit yourself to just one. However, when working with multiple recruiters, it’s absolutely vital to inform each of where your resume has already been submitted. When your resume is submitted to the same job from multiple agencies, could lead to your candidacy being revoked, employers don't want the hassle of figuring out which agency deserves the credit. So be sure to keep close tabs on where your resume is being sent. Keep an updated list and always follow up with your recruiters if you’re unsure.
