Our client is a privately held healthcare provider with over thirty locations in various states across the US. They are considered one of the fastest growing organizations within their industry and have put a huge emphasis on technology in order to deliver the best results for their customers.
We are looking for a Helpdesk Engineer to join a growing team. You will report into the Director of IT and support all technical needs of the business. A successful candidate will thrive in a fast paced environment and will be comfortable working on all level 2 and 3 issues that may come through. You must be comfortable troubleshooting for both remote as well as onsite users. You will support a variety of systems and applications and will be responsible for the on-boarding and off-boarding of employees.
- At least 3 years experience in a Technical Support Role
- Experience with Windows 7/10
- O365 troubleshooting experience
- Support AD- group policy, updates, troubleshooting
- Application Support- VOIP, EMR, One Login, ERP (familiar with Sage Intacct or Netsuite a plus!)
- Basic Networking administration
- Remote experience a must
- Open to some travel if necessary
