We are looking for an IT Service Desk Technician to support our client’s robust infrastructure. You will be supporting corporate users via remote support and troubleshooting internal systems, hardware, and applications. You will collaborate with multiple teams to resolve L1-L2 tickets and triage any issues that require further escalation.

Responsibilities

  • Support corporate users and help minimize disruptions to business operations
  • Troubleshoot L1-L2 tickets
  • Fulfil Service Requests that meet SLAs
  • Provide updates to users on issue resolutions
  • Create clear documentation
  • Stay current with latest technology trends

Qualifications

  • 2+ years in a technical support role (supporting a corporate environment)
  • Experience supporting Windows 10 Operating Systems (familiarity with Mac/Chrome a plus)
  • Troubleshooting various office applications
  • Mobile support
  • VPN support
  • Understanding of conferencing/av technologies
  • Experience with the following technologies: Microsoft Active Directory/GPO and Networking Protocols (DHCP, DNS, etc.)
  • Familiar with cyber security practices (Okta support, antivirus, access management)
