Our client is a Global multi-billion-dollar financial services company with locations in Chicago, Austin, Miami, New York, London, Hong Kong and others, is in search of an experienced IT Analyst (Move, Add, Change) to join their team in Chicago, IL.
This is a long term, exciting opportunity performing large scale Moves, Adds, and Changes, day-to-day hardware, and software support, assisting in the onboarding and reassignment of end-users, as well as participating in large scale projects.
The right candidate is a career-minded engineer who enjoys working with people and isn’t afraid of a high-urgency environment.
This role offers the opportunity to join a well known company on full-time basis (40 hours + occasional overtime), casual dress code, free catered meals, and is conveniently located near several commuter hubs.
Qualifications must include:
- 2+ years in the IT Support field with at least 1 year of working within a professional environment (legal or financial services ideal)
- Strong Professional experience setting up, moving, and supporting Dell machines
- Must have experience with asset management and procurement (laptops, desktops, headsets, keyboards, adaptors, dongles, etc.)
- Experience with new user setups, password resets, account creation, office build-outs, procuring equipment, and working alongside a team
- Solid working knowledge of Active Directory / Office 365
- Must have experience with utilizing a ticketing system for support requests and detailed documentation on closed tickets
- Professional experience, setting-up, configuring, upgrading, and supporting lap tops, desktops, and VoIP phones (MacOS experience valued)
- Close attention to detail, work well under timelines, the ability to take direction, and serve as a punctual and trustworthy employee
- Onsite attendance M-F is required
