ABOUT THE ROLE
You will have a career minded team who will look to you for guidance, both at work and regarding their career trajectory. These folks are the “jacks of all trades” able to tackle anything from classic connectivity, email, and operating system issues, to handling new systems implementations and complex, e-commerce specific issues. You will need to demonstrate prowess in all of these areas to act as their leader, taking the lead on all projects and delivering solutions along the way. You will be looking at metrics to identify recurring issues, illuminating root problems to minimize future workload.
