The business and senior leadership have put a huge emphasis on technology initiatives and are looking for passionate team members to contribute to the growth and development of the technical environment. This role offers a hybrid office schedule, you must be comfortable being onsite Tuesday/Wednesday and thrive in fast paced, growing environment.

Our client is looking to add a highly skilled and experienced Workday Engineer to their team. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of Workday Financials and HCM, with a proven track record of implementing, developing, and integrating Workday solutions across various business processes. This role requires a blend of technical proficiency, functional knowledge, and excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with business users and stakeholders. This is a contract with potential to hire role that offers a hybrid schedule of onsite Tuesday and Wednesday.

Position Summary

• Participate in all phases of Workday implementations, including requirement gathering, analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Design and build both inbound and outbound integrations using Workday’s EIB, Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and Cloud Connectors.
• Conduct extensive custom development in Workday Studio tailored to meet specific business needs.
• Develop and maintain Finance integrations using a range of Workday Connectors, including CCW, PICOF, PECI, ADP Connectors, Banking connectors, Finance connectors, and Custom Connectors for Banking (CCBs).
• Troubleshoot any bug fixes related to Workday HCM and Financials.
• Create robust custom reports (simple, advanced, and matrix) within various HCM and Finance modules to support business decision-making.
• Provide functional knowledge and support in HCM and Financials, ensuring the solutions meet business requirements and goals.

Minimum Experience

• At least 4 years of experience as a Workday Developer, with a focus on Financials is a must.
• Comprehensive experience with Workday implementations, including integrations and custom development.
• Expertise in Workday integration tools, such as EIB, Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and Cloud Connectors.
• In depth experience with workday studio.
• Proficient in developing Finance integrations and custom reports within Workday.
• Strong functional knowledge of Workday HCM.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with business representatives on requirements, end-user validation, and troubleshooting.
