Our client is a global organization, named one of the largest in the Automobile industry! They are rapidly growing and going through a robust digital transformation. The business and senior leadership have put a huge emphasis on technology initiatives and are looking for passionate team members to contribute to the growth and development of the technical environment.

This is an incredible opportunity for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our client’s dynamic applications team and act as a key contributor- you will collaborate with various teams including stakeholders and the development team and identify opportunities, gather requirements, and evaluate business cases to shape the future of their organization.

Your Role

  • Engage with operations stakeholders to proactively identify improvement opportunities.
  • Gather and analyze requirements to streamline processes and boost efficiency.
  • Evaluate business cases to drive data-backed decision-making.
  • Regularly review and refine the project backlog to ensure clarity, relevance, and prioritization of tasks according to business impact and objectives.
  • Design and document detailed workflows and data flow diagrams to support system development and process improvements, ensuring optimal efficiency and usability.
  • Create wireframes to visualize user interfaces and experiences, facilitating effective communication of design ideas and ensuring alignment with user and business needs.
  • Manage project delivery using agile methodologies, promoting a collaborative work environment.
  • Act as the subject matter expert in operations-related process handoffs, data mapping, workflows, and applications & tools.

Experience

  • 8+ years of experience in the retail, CPG, manufacturing industry, or a related field, showcasing your expertise.
  • Demonstrated 8+ years of experience as a business analyst or continuous improvement analyst, preferred for this role.
  • A solid background of 5+ years in ERP (SAP, Oracle, or similar) functional/product support.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience collaborating with Product Management, adding immense value to their team.
  • Experience in running projects using agile methodologies is highly desired.
  • Knowledge of product management concepts & processes is a definite plus.
  • Customer-centric mindset, a passion for process optimization, and a focus on delivering results.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, enabling you to convey your ideas effectively.
  • An ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and a self-directed approach to work.
  • Flexibility for travel within the US & Canada, as needed, to engage with stakeholders and drive success.
