This is meant to help us understand your company’s needs and candidate qualifications.
Step Two: The Hunt Begins

Step Three: Delivery
Once we are confident that we have found a good fit, we will send you one or two resumes and ask for feedback. If the candidate looks like a winner, then we will set up an in-person or virtual interview. If for some reason the candidate does not meet your expectations, our superstar recruiters will get back to work until we find you the perfect match.
